Alyssa is committed to helping clients discover their inner strengths and develop new skills to help them heal. She is excited for the opportunity to accompany clients on their journey. In 2018, Alyssa completed the Certificate in Building Capacity for Reconciliation offered by the University of Alberta Augustana Campus.

Alyssa specializes in treating adults, seniors, athletes, and first responders who are suffering from depression, anxiety disorders, trust issues, perfectionism, chronic pain, emotional regulation, and more.
Alyssa uses a person-centered approach to create a safe space for clients to embark on a new journey. She has been trained in cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy (SFT), and mindfulness; modalities she uses in collaboration with her clients to create a treatment plan, develop new skills and achieve the client's goals.
Alyssa uses cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization & reprocessing (EMDR), clinical hypnosis, solution-focused therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). to treat a variety of conditions depending on the need of the individual clients.
