I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method of therapy. As each person's journey is different, I use an integrative approach to therapy to best fit your individual needs as a client. I believe collaboration is important, and when it comes to treatment planning, I aim to work with you to create a plan that fits your needs, life, and relationships while creating wanted change.
I have formal training in a variety of modalities including Emotionally Focused Therapy (for individuals, couples, and families), Narrative Therapy, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Clinical Hypnosis, Internal Family Systems, Sex and Intimacy approaches, and Gottman Methods. These approaches allow me to individualize your therapy based on your story, symptoms, goals, and expectations.
