I have formal training in a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindful Self-Compassion, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Synergetic Play Therapy (SPT).
