Hello!

Reaching out for support isn't always easy, and I feel honoured to be part of your journey. I aim to create a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you work through life's challenges. I believe therapy works best when we honour your experiences and build from there, while also trusting that you already have what you need within you-we'll uncover it together.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and flexible, because everyone's path is unique. Together, we'll explore your strengths and find a way forward that feels right for you. Currently I work with ages 16 +.

Mental Health Concerns

I work from an integrated approach, combining evidence-based practices to provide support for a range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and women's issues. I use a client-centered and flexible approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs.

More About Nicole
