Mental Health Concerns
I work best with those who are motivated to heal, grow, understand, change, or several or all of the above. As a practitioner, in trying to understand you and your experience, I often ask questions that provoke thought and self-reflection, and this seems to resonate well with people who are open to thinking in new ways and trying new things, who aren't afraid to get a little deep and embrace the messiness of being a human, and who welcome a new perspective. I have worked with a wide variety of people including 2SLGBTQIA+, athletes, executives, performers, creatives, other mental health practitioners, and more on a diversity of life issues.
