Mental Health Approaches
In my therapeutic approach, I integrate principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to support clients in achieving meaningful change. Using CBT, I help individuals identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns that influence emotions and behaviors. Solution-Focused techniques guide the process by emphasizing strengths, resources, and future-oriented goals, encouraging clients to envision and work toward their preferred outcomes. Narrative Therapy complements this by exploring the stories clients tell about their lives, helping them re-author these narratives in ways that highlight resilience, agency, and possibility. Together, these modalities create a collaborative, empowering, and goal-directed framework for healing and growth.
