The Centre for Clinical Interventions (CCI) (of Western Australia) has workbooks on depression, anxiety, perfectionism, procrastination, bipolar disorder, disordered eating, panic, health anxiety, assertiveness, self-esteem, worry, body acceptance, distress intolerance and social anxiety/shyness. Clients report that these modules are informative and useful.

A Mindfulness Awareness Research and can be downloaded to your computer or mobile phone. If meditating is new for you, start with the shorter breathing and body scan exercises, as well, it may be best to keep your eyes open.

CANADIAN BFRB SUPPORT NETWORK (CBSN)

Founded in 2013, CBSN is a federally registered non-profit organization based out of Toronto, Ontario. We are the second organization of its kind in the world, and Canada’s only support/educational resource for Canadian pullers, pickers and professionals alike.

  • Offer Peer Support Groups for those affected by BFRBs across Canada

  • Participate in mental health conferences and promote awareness about BFRBs

  • Community Engagement

  • Advocate for accessible/affordable mental health care for all

  • Educate Canadian doctors/ medical professionals and encourage them to learn about BFRBs and how to treat them
