I am dedicated in assisting adults in navigating and overcoming the effects of childhood trauma, with a particular focus on sexual abuse and dissociative disorders.

If you have experienced past traumas that continue to affect you through nightmares, dissociative episodes, anxiety, or intense shame, I would be honored to support your healing journey.

While I am available for general counselling, as a certified yoga teacher, I also teach trauma-informed yoga classes..
