Grief and Loss

Losing a loved one is a devastating experience and it can be easy to get lost in the grief. Everyone grieves in their own way and at their own pace, but it always helps to have someone who is there for you and provides support during this difficult time. Mark offers a compassionate and non-judgemental space to help you process your grief and begin to move on.

Family Therapy

Families are complex structures comprised of different, sometimes clashing, personalities, opinions, and beliefs. While no two families are exactly alike, several counselling approaches can effectively be applied to improve family relationships.  Mark has years of experience in helping all kinds of families improve communication, resolve conflict, reduce stress, develop parenting strategies, and ensure that all members of the family feel included, heard, and respected.

Couples Therapy

Mark provides a safe, open, and non-judgemental environment for couples to express themselves freely, discuss conflict, set boundaries and work on their problems. Therapy can help couples work through trust issues, infidelity, poor communication, intimacy issues, parenting disagreements, separation and divorce. Mark uses Gottman’s method and emotion-focused therapy (EFT) to help couples increase and nurture mutual respect, compassion, and empathy.
