What is Emotional Freedom Technique?
Emotional Freedom Technique relaxes the sensation of being triggered, bringing calmness to the mind and the body. The diversity of successful treatments has ranged from trauma, self-sabotaging behaviour patterns, anxiety, depression, cravings and physical illness, to name but a few.
