Alyssa's Approaches

Alyssa uses a person-centered approach to create a safe space for clients to embark on a new journey.

 

She has been trained in cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy (SFT), and mindfulness; modalities she uses in collaboration with her clients to create a treatment plan, develop new skills and achieve the client's goals.

Alyssa uses cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization & reprocessing (EMDR), clinical hypnosis, and solution-focused therapy to treat a variety of conditions depending on the need of the individual clients.
